Forms for the purpose of nomination of candidates in a General Election are available to download by clicking on the name of the form(s) required. All forms contain both English and Irish versions and candidates may use either version for their nomination

Tá idir leaganacha Béarla agus leaganacha Gaeilge i ngach foirm agus is féidir le hiarrthóirí ceachtar leagan a úsáid dá n-ainmniúchán.
